Performance Characteristics
1. A pretreatment protection device should be installed in front of the ultrafiltration reverse osmosis equipment to ensure that the high-pressure pump and reverse osmosis membrane are not damaged by hard objects.
2. Flowmeters are installed for the product water and concentrated water respectively to monitor and adjust the operating water output and system recovery rate.
3. The online conductivity meter continuously monitors the water quality of the product, equipped with set values and alarms.
4. The pressure gauges of the feed water and drainage systems monitor the reverse osmosis pressure difference, indicate the cleaning time, and provide overall system monitoring with automatic instrument display.
5. High and low voltage switches are provided to prevent damage to the ultrafiltration reverse osmosis equipment under abnormal conditions and ensure the normal operation of the system.
6. A good membrane protection system regularly flusits the membrane surface to reduce the rate of contamination and extend the membrane’s service life.
